CARIBBEAN STREET FOOD FESTIVAL

October, 2019..MONTREALPrepare your pallet and your dancing shoes and get ready for the long awaited Spice Island Street Food Festival Night coming on October 26 at St. Kevin’s Church Hall, 5600 Cote des Neiges, Montreal.  Admission is Free!!!

The Spice Island Cultural Day Association of Quebec is pleased to welcome one of Grenada’s Legendary Calypsonian, “Squeezy” as the top headliner of the night, followed by the music talent of Montreal/Grenadian Calypsonian “Doggies”, the ever-popular “Jab Jab” Band and D.J’s: 20/20, Babo, Percy and Kello.  The power of Calypso, soca and reggae will fill the air while the smells and tastes of the Spice Island street food will excite your pallets.

Admission is free and Street Food and Drinks in abundance will be on sale.  The aroma of the food coupled with the Caribbean music will take you on a gastronomic journey through Grenada’s Dodgy Doc in True Blue and Wall Street in Grand Anse. “We are bringing the outside indoors for this one”, says President Theodore H. Blaize. “Guests will feel they are actually liming on the street with a stage featuring live entertainment”, he says.
